CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service orientation/cheerful.
• Current Certification with Utah Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Prefer >1 year experience in health care setting
• home health or hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation/auto insurance and valid driver license.
• A current TB test, CPR card, driver's license, and automobile insurance.
• Must complete a criminal background check and drug screen on hire.

CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Help patients with basic needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
• Take patient's vital signs and report to Case Manager.
• Observe patient's condition and report changes to Case Manager.
• Provide comfort care as needed.
• Provide light housekeeping services.
