The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. This role is critical in delivering high-quality patient care in patients homes. The Nursing Assistant will work closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff. Provide basic life support as needed and assist in emergency situations. Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas. Document patient care activities accurately in medical records using systems such as Epic. Participate in infection control practices, particularly in infectious disease care environments. Educate patients and families on care plans and health management strategies. Experience Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred. Familiarity with medical records management and electronic health record systems.
