The hours are 10pm to 6am. Part time available. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to residents, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a high standard of care. This role requires a strong commitment to patient service and the ability to work effectively with fellow employees, residents and family members Responsibilities Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff. Help with mobility and transfers. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and progress. Assist in administering medications as directed by nursing staff. Support patients with specific needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, or developmental disabilities.
