This is a 7am to 10:30am shift- We currently have every day open. We are looking for a Sunday through Wednesday employee and a Thursday through Saturday employee. Duties Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility to promote independence and comfort Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory care needs using techniques like aseptic procedures and dementia-specific protocols Maintain accurate medical records by documenting patient interactions, observations, and care provided in compliance with healthcare standards Engage in patient education on health maintenance topics relevant to geriatrics, pediatrics, or behavioral health populations Qualifications Demonstrated experience working in diverse healthcare settings such as , nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home & community care environments Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for medical documentation and records management Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting using Hoyer lifts or assisting with transfers safely while adhering to safety protocols Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and provide compassionate patient service Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information We are willing to work with the schedule for the right person!
