• CNA/Med Tech We are seeking a compassionate, experienced and dedicated CNA/Med Tech to join our team, providing essential support in delivering high-quality patient care across various settings.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with patients, assisting with daily activities and medical needs while ensuring a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment. Assisted Living and Memory Care positions available. All Shifts

• Must be willing to work 1 day on the Weekend Openings for: Tuesday
• Saturday 6am to 2pm Med Tech
• must have prior med tech expereince Sunday
• Thursday 6am to 2pm Med Tech
• must have prior med tech expereince Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 2pm to 10pm Med Tech
• must have prior med tech experience NOC
• Friday
• Monday Med Tech
• 10pm-6am Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary.

Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature, accurately documenting all findings in electronic health records . Administer medications and treatments following prescribed orders while adhering to HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, memory impairments, or behavioral health conditions across long-term care or assisted living facilities. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of patient care activities while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and protocols. Skills Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for documentation and patient management. New/inexperienced Caregivers are welcome to apply Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and provide compassionate patient service.
