Experienced LPN or CNA

Urgently seeking an experienced CNA or LPN to care for one of our amazing home care clients in Aldie, near Leesburg . We are looking for 8 hour day shifts (5 days a week) or 12 hour days (every Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7am to 7pm). The ideal candidate will have experience working with stroke patients and at least 1 year of Rehab or Home Care experience . Applicant must be capable of managing all aspects of patient care, including transfer experience utilizing stand/pivot technique. Must be ok working with dogs.

Key Responsibilities:

One to One Direct patient care Document daily tasks Rehab/Exercise patient Assist with shower Prepare meals, ensuring patient dietary needs are met accurately and on time (day shift) Day shift must be willing to transport client in her vehicle

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of stroke/rehab care experience. Patient transfer skills, stand/pivot method. Dedication to patient care.
