Responsibilities Caregivers follow care plans tailored to individual clients' needs to provide them with non-medical emotional and social support, as well as support for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Some examples include:
Providing companionship and emotional support to clients to promote mental well-being Preparing and serving meals as well as shopping, errands, and transportation Light housekeeping and laundry Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques Supporting medication reminders and monitoring vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals Assisting with transportation to medical appointments or community activities when required ADL support may include non-medical assistance in the areas of bathing, dressing, feeding assistance, toileting, personal hygiene, and mobility support. Qualifications Candidates must possess a valid CNA license in compliance with state and federal regulations. A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others with patience & kindness Ability to work independently while following detailed care plans Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills Employees must have the physical ability, to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Must be reliable, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality patient-centered care This position offers an enriching environment for those passionate about healthcare and making a positive impact on others' lives.
