Responsibilities include: Building meaningful relationships with clients and families Providing reliable and compassionate care Advocating for clients in community settings Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding Assisting with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and support with hobbies and interests Physical Requirements Frequent bending Driving may be required Strong communication, visual, and auditory abilities Ability to lift, push, or pull 20-50 pound As a Commonwise caregiver, you will support clients in maintaining their safety, independence, and quality of life.
