Role Overview:

As a PRN Caregiver/CNA/DSP/PCA at BrightStar Care of Fairfax, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the nursing team to ensure our clients receive the best possible care tailored to their individual needs. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services, such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation, tailored to individual client needs. Assist with mobility and provide companionship to enhance the quality of life for clients. Monitor and document client health and well-being, reporting changes to nursing staff as needed. Support clients with daily living activities and implement prescribed care plans. Provide client transportation as needed utilizing personal vehicle (REQUIRED-NOT

Hourly Rate:

$20-23/hr. for

Licensed CNAs Hourly Rate:

$19-21/hr. for PCA (with certificate)

Hourly Rate:

$18-19/hr. for Caregiver/DSP/HHA $55 for 2hr bath visits ($27.50/hr) Medical/ Health Insurance (must avg. 30 hrs/week) Free Dental & Vision Insurance for Employee (must avg. 30 hrs/week) Weekly Pay & Direct Deposit $250 Employee Referral Bonus 401K plus matching! Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following: Compassionate nature and dedication to providing quality care. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Prior experience in home healthcare or relevant field Insured Auto/valid driver's license Current CPR certification Ability to travel to locations in Fairfax County/surrounding areas Physical ability to complete demands of job (must be able to lift, stand, bend, kneel, twist, push/pull up to 50 lbs)
