Job Description:

As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, you will play an essential role in providing high-quality care to our clients. Your duties will include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring clients' health and well-being, administering medications as required, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, your responsibilities will include: Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Providing mobility support, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating clients Observing, documenting, and reporting any changes in clients' health conditions and needs Maintaining a clean and safe environment and reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Promoting independence and improving clients' quality of life through compassionate, person-centered care

Requirements:

As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, you are expected to have: Certification in Virginia as a

CNA / HHA / PCA

Previous experience in home care or a long-term care setting (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate, patient, and understanding approach The ability to work both independently and as part of a team A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (preferred)

Pay Rate:

As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, the pay rate is: $17 - $20 per hour (depending on shift type and duration)
