Job Description

Overview Allegiance Healthcare Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high‑quality patient care in the client's home. As a Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with the client to support daily needs and ensure comfort, safety, and emotional well‑being. Duties Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families. Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols. Drive the client to scheduled appointments and errands using the client's vehicle (valid driver's license required). Maintain a calm, patient, and supportive presence, especially when assisting a client who experiences anxiety.
