Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who are READY to work overnight shifts during weekdays and/or weekends. Candidates must have a valid PCA or CNA certification and a genuine passion for helping seniors maintain independence and dignity. Job Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation Help with bathing, dressing, and personal care needs Offer medication reminders Run errands and provide transportation to appointments Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Support clients with Alzheimer's and dementia care needs Requirements Valid PCA or CNA certification Treat clients with dignity, compassion, and respect Overnight weekday and weekend availability Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance Ability to comply with state regulations and Seniors Helping Seniors policies, including DMV background checks and drug testing Become a valued member of our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors in the Fredericksburg community!
