• We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Technician to join our healthcare team.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care and support our medical professionals in various healthcare settings, including inpatient and emergency medicine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient triage, phlebotomy, health screening, accurate documentation, front desk support, and patient care experience, utilizing their caregiving and patient safety expertise.

• Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in medical clinics, including phlebotomy, vital signs, and medication screening.
• Assist healthcare professionals with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures, ensuring the highest level of care and patient satisfaction.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMRs) to document patient information and update medical records.
• Support patient care services, including preauthorizations, and provide assistance with daily patient office operations.
• Respond to emergency and urgent medical needs situations as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
• Qualifications preferred
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
• Experience in patient care, including phlebotomy and caregiving, focusing on SUDS and primary care medicine.
• Strong understanding of patient safety and emergency procedures.
• Familiarity with EMRs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient needs and adapting to changing situations.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
