required for the class! Guggenheimer Health & Rehab is offering an exciting opportunity to become a Certified Nursing Assistant through our Nurse Aide in Training (NAIT) Program . In exchange for completing the program, candidates must agree to work for Guggenheimer Health & Rehabilitation Center for one (1) year following successful completion of the class and CNA certification.

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Nurse Aide in Training Program to assist in providing compassionate, resident-centered care while learning the skills necessary to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living Support residents with meals and hydration Transfer and reposition residents safely Observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition Promote infection prevention and disease control procedures Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents Perform assigned nursing procedures under supervision Follow direction from charge nurses and supervisors Complete other duties as assigned E-Verify Employer We are committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
