Job Description:

As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring clients' health and well-being, administering medications as needed, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, you will be responsible for the following: Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide mobility support, including transferring, positioning, and assisting clients with ambulation Observe, document, and report any changes in clients' health status and needs Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients Promote independence and improve clients' quality of life through compassionate, person-centered care

Requirements:

As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, you are expected to have: Certification in Virginia as a

CNA / HHA / PCA

Previous experience in home care or a long-term care setting is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate, patient, and understanding nature Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (preferred)

Pay Rate:

As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, the pay rate is: $16 - $25 per hour (depending on shift type and duration)
