Job Requirements A passion for helping seniors A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family friends, and all team members. Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written Ability to work every other weekend Job Responsibilities Include Providing assistance to residents with activities of daily living based on individual resident needs. Interacting daily with residents in an effort to improve resident quality of life. Report resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Able to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records.
