Overview Tall Oaks is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care that helps residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, support their daily needs, and play an important role in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming community. We are seeking caring, dependable professionals who are passionate about serving older adults and committed to providing exceptional resident care. Responsibilities Provide direct care and assistance to residents Accurately document care and services provided Report incidents or changes in a resident's condition to the supervising nurse Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support and participate in resident life enrichment activities and programs Interact respectfully and professionally with residents and their family members, addressing concerns as appropriate Participate in required staff training and continuing education Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification CPR and First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire Experience working with seniors or in a long-term care setting preferred Join a team that values compassion, respect, and excellence in caring for our residents.
