Standard Shift Job Responsibilities:

Assist with meals and escorts residents to the dining hall, ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and support as needed. Make rounds regularly, answer call lights promptly and respond courteously, ensuring timely assistance and resident satisfaction. Complete all required paperwork/computerized documentation for charting assessments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Provide each resident the necessary care in accordance with his/her plan of care and ADL record, supporting daily living activities. Monitor and observe residents' physical, mental, and emotional status, and report changes to Charge Nurse in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

Active CNA License for the State of VA. Current BLS/CPR Certification. About our
