This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly the elderly and those with medical conditions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of patient care and be committed to delivering high-quality service in a home or community setting. Duties Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Monitor and record vital signs as needed, ensuring any changes are communicated to healthcare professionals. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary, adhering to dietary restrictions. Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Support clients in managing medications as directed by healthcare providers. Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in community events. Qualifications Experience or knowledge in geriatrics, senior care, or home community care is preferred. Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
