What You'll Do As a professional caregiver, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes — helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently.

Daily duties include:

Personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting (ADLs) Mobility assistance, walking support, and safe patient transfers Meal preparation and feeding support Medication reminders Light housekeeping including laundry, linen changes, and tidying Companionship and emotional support Communicating any changes in client condition to the supervising care team Why Caregivers Love Working With Us Competitive Pay | $14-$18/hour based on experience, certifications, and client needs ☀ Day Shifts Only | No overnights — shifts run 4-8 hours, starting between 8:00-10:00 AM and ending between 4:00-6:00 PM Flexible Scheduling | Full-time and part-time positions available Monday-Friday Local Clients | Current openings serving Virginia Beach clients Career Growth | Ongoing education and professional development opportunities Employee Appreciation | Referral bonus program and regular recognition Direct Deposit PPE Provided Supportive Office Team | Responsive staff who are always available to help Requirements Active PCA certificate or CNA license in the state of Virginia Valid government-issued photo ID Social Security card Negative TB test result or approved waiver Must pass a background check Current CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to obtain within 2 weeks of hire At Ease Home Care is an equal opportunity employer.
