The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for Seniors. This role is pivotal in assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Help with mobility and transfers. Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties. Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or caregiver. Experience Previous experience in home care, retirement homes, nursing homes. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
