More about our team The Villa is a 70+ bed assisted living community offerings residential and assisted living, 12-bed secured memory care, and short-term respite care solutions. At the heart of the Villa is a community of caring staff that provide dignified and compassionate support to each resident. How you'll contribute A CNA/Medication Aide who excels in this role: Administers and documents medications per physician orders, monitors effectiveness, ensures proper storage and accountability, and complies with all policies and regulations. Assists with resident care throughout nursing areas under the direction of licensed personnel, including but not limited to ADLs (activities of daily living), feeding, elimination needs, grooming. Answers resident alarm pendants and responds to resident needs appropriately and promptly. - Applicants should have a current Virginia state Certified Nursing Assistant License, Direct Care Certification OR Personal Care Aide certification AND current Virginia state Medication Aide license.
CPR/First Aid Certification required within 60 days of hire.
