At Three Rivers Rehabilitation, our CNAs are a critical part of the care team. We focus on teamwork, consistency, and making sure you have the support you need to provide quality care. Available Shifts & Scheduling Options We are currently hiring for multiple shifts, with a strong need for evening and overnight coverage. Final scheduling options will be discussed during the interview process to ensure the best fit for both you and the team. We offer structured scheduling with flexibility, allowing you to maintain consistency while still having the opportunity to pick up additional shifts as desired. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available. Compensation & Perks $18.00
00/hour based on experience Shift differentials for evening and overnight shifts Weekend differential pay Full-Time benefits package available (Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k) Supportive staffing ratios Team-focused environment What You'll Do As a CNA, you'll provide hands-on care and support to residents, including: Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Supporting residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning Assisting with meals and monitoring intake Observing and reporting changes in condition Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Following infection prevention and safety protocols at all times Supporting nurses and working as part of the interdisciplinary team What We're Looking For We're looking for team members who are: Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Strong team players with good communication skills Attentive to detail and resident safety Committed to providing high-quality care Requirements Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Virginia Active listing on the Virginia Nurse Aide Registry Current CPR certification (We also welcome candidates who qualify through approved training programs or reciprocity in accordance with Virginia Board of Nursing requirements.)
