Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Long Term Care (LTC) team. The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, provide basic patient care, and support nursing staff in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Monitor and record vital signs Support mobility and transfer of residents safely Maintain cleanliness and comfort of resident rooms Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Provide emotional support and compassionate care
Requirements:
