Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management Assist clients with transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises Monitor and report changes in clients' condition to the assigned RN Case Manager or Director of Patient Care Services Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client care and services provided Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients Salary

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Washington High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
