Job Description

This newly created position is responsible for the care and well-being of infants and toddlers (0 - 4 years) in the Narthex play area, while parents attend worship service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sets up the Narthex play area, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the children and families arriving, underscoring FCCB's message of "No Matter Who You Are or Where You Are on Life's Journey, You Are Welcome Here." Engages the children in creative play, songs, stories, and otherwise provide a happy, wholesome experience. Cleans and puts the space back into order after worship service. Follows the policies and procedures established by the Faith Formation Board that define a safe and healthy church nursery program. Communicates with the Director of Community Life any concerns or needs for making the space a safe and welcoming environment.
