Job Description
Ready Set Scrubs CNA Training Program is seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and motivated nurse to join our team as a CNA Instructor. We are in an exciting stage of growth as we launch and develop a new CNA training program dedicated to preparing competent, confident, and compassionate caregivers. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of building something meaningful from the beginning—not only teaching students, but also helping shape the culture, learning environment, and future direction of the program. We are looking for an instructor who enjoys collaboration, values student success, and is excited by the opportunity to contribute ideas as the program grows. Responsibilities Deliver classroom instruction in accordance with Washington State CNA training requirements Teach and evaluate nursing assistant skills in a laboratory setting Supervise students during clinical experiences Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback Maintain accurate attendance, skills, and evaluation records Promote professionalism, safety, and ethical patient care practices Support student success through mentorship and encouragement Contribute ideas and feedback that support program development and continuous improvement Qualifications Current Washington State nursing license (RN or LPN) in good standing Meets Washington State requirements for CNA instructors Clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Passion for teaching and mentoring adult learners Comfortable working in a developing and evolving educational environment Previous teaching experience preferred or willing to take an Adult Education course Ability to successfully complete a background check Why Join Us?
