Behavioral Health Clinic Location:
Columbia Family Clinic - Behavioral Health;
Dayton, WA Schedule:
Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Compensation:
$21.00 - $27.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus:
$3,000.00
Dual-Role:
CNA + Patient Service Representative 4 Days | 40 hours per week | On-the-Job Training Join our team at Columbia County Health System! We are seeking a compassionate and reliable CNA to join our Behavioral Health team in a dual role supporting both patient care and front desk functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering respectful, patient-centered support to individuals with diverse behavioral health needs.

4 days per week; flexible On-the-job training Float to other clinics as needed

Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for their visit. Verify patient identity using two identifiers. Perform vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature). Prepare exam rooms for providers and clean rooms after each patient. Stock rooms and maintain PAR levels daily. Greet patients and visitors, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Schedule and manage patient appointments to optimize provider time and clinic flow. Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and obtain prior authorizations as needed. Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare, scan, and file documents, including medical records and insurance paperwork. Keep equipment operating by following instructions and performing preventive maintenance.
