Varies on experience $22.50 - $28.13 with shift differentials available Day Shift (6AM-2PM) Evening Shift (2PM - 10PM) NOC Shift (10P-6A) As a CNA at our facility, you will play a key role in the care and comfort of our residents and serve our local community.

Job Duties :

Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor patient vital signs, report changes to the nursing staff, and assist with documentation. Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents to maintain comfort and prevent injury. Ensure residents' rooms are clean, organized, and comfortable. Support residents' emotional and social well-being through meaningful interactions and companionship. Collaborate with nurses and healthcare teams to implement care plans and provide optimal care. Assist in administering medications as directed and under the supervision of nursing staff. Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications:

Current CNA certification in Washington State is required . High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and assist with patient mobility. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
