Caregiver - HCA/CNA

Overview We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as in-facility care aide. As a Home Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry Implement care plans tailored to each client's specific needs Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior Engage in activities that stimulate the mind and body of clients Follow proper procedures for patient observation Requirements Experience working with individuals in assisted living or memory care settings is preferred Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special needs Knowledge of creating and implementing care plans Proficiency in cooking nutritious meals for clients CPR and First Aid certification is a plus Join our team of dedicated Home Care Aides and make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
