  • Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as using the bathroom, eating, and mobilizing
  • Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients
  • Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) in the state of Washington
  • 1+ year of experience in long-term care or home health care
  • Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
