• 6a-2:30p, 2p-10:30p, 10p-6:30a. This facility is a family oriented Skilled Nursing Facility & Rehabilitation Center. Our goal is to provide exemplary care for all our patients. Our team is growing and we are looking to add a dedicated CNA to the already existing team that is Mira Vista Care Center.
