We are seeking our first employee—a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Caregiver—to not only provide exceptional care to our clients but also to help us build a team of caregivers who share our passion. Your Role:

As a Senior Caregiver, you will be the face of our company, providing high quality care to our clients.

Core Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to clients, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and transportation to appointments and errands. Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful social and recreational activities. Monitor and document client health, behavior, and any changes in their condition. Serve as a positive role model and mentor for future caregivers. Provide feedback and insights to the Administrator on service quality, client needs, and caregiver performance. Be available to assist with on-call duties or provide emergency client services when needed.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of professional caregiving experience . Must possess a valid Home Care Aide (HCA) certification or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Washington State. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and their families. A compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor with a strong commitment to quality care. Must be reliable, punctual, and highly organized. Valid Washington State driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
