Requirements Active Washington State CNA license Strong hands-on care skills and confidence working independently Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance Clean driving record Excellent attendance and professionalism Ability to pass background check Care Responsibilities Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), transfers, and personal care Mobility support (power wheelchair experience a plus) Companionship and engagement Light housekeeping and meal preparation Medication reminders Ongoing safety supervision and support (this is a non-smoking home environment) Compensation & Benefits $21-$24/hour DOE Regular pay evaluations Same-day pay option (TapCheck) Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance (30+ hours/week) Paid sick time and paid training $500 caregiver referral bonus Caregiver appreciation bonuses and recognition About Advanced Health Care Advanced Health Care is a locally owned home care agency serving our community for over 40 years.
