Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Three Creeks Post Acute | Pullman, WA 99163 Join a team where your work actually matters. Three Creeks Post Acute is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team in Pullman, WA. At Three Creeks, our CNAs are the heart of resident care. We're looking for team members who take pride in providing quality care, supporting their coworkers, and making a real difference in the lives of our residents. Whether you're an experienced CNA or a newer CNA looking for a strong team environment, we'd love to connect. Pay $20-$26.00 per hour, based on experience CNA Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility Obtain and document vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other assigned care tasks Observe and promptly report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate, resident-centered care Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and restorative care activities Maintain accurate charting/documentation Follow infection prevention and isolation precautions as needed Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents Work collaboratively with nurses, therapy, dietary, and interdisciplinary team members
