What We're Looking For The ideal caregiver will be: Calm, patient, and emotionally self-aware Comfortable with silence and low-interaction environments Not easily offended by limited engagement from the client Observant and attentive without being intrusive Highly reliable and consistent in attendance Family Communication There is an involved family member who may: Send texts or request updates during the shift Ask questions or request check-ins Caregiver must remain responsive while maintaining professional boundaries Schedule & Consistency Preferred shifts: 12:00 PM
