  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/HCA)
  • to join our team of healthcare professionals at SYNERGY HomeCare Of East King County in Seattle, Washington. As a CNA/HCA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and transportation to appointments
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to the nursing team
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
