EOE Employer Job Description The Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) is a valuable member of the Hearthstone health care team who works under the direction of the RNs and LPNs on duty. The NAC provides direct care for Health Center residents, primarily for their activities of daily living. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Washington, and one year of experience. Candidates must have a genuine desire to work with the senior or disabled, have good communication skills (speaking and writing in English), empathy and the ability to listen, basic computer skills, good time management skills, and a professional appearance and demeanor.

Essential Functions Statements:

Provide confidentiality for every resident. Assist residents in and out of bed, into wheelchair, etc. Assist residents in ADLs' Answer call lights promptly. Take vital signs (i.e. temperature, blood pressure, pulse, etc.). Keep accurate records, reporting and initialing as required. Assist other NACs when asked. mask policy and mandatory vaccine policy required at work site

Schedule:
