Boutique Adult Family Home | Tacoma (Near 6th Ave) We're looking for a reliable, compassionate CNA or HCA to join our small, high-quality Adult Family Home. If you take pride in providing thoughtful, respectful care and want to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment, this could be a great fit. Why Work With Us? You will have the opportunity to grow your skills into a management roll Small, boutique-style home (only 6 residents) Calm, manageable workload -all residents are easy care (1-person assist) Supportive, professional, and kind team culture Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents What You'll Do You'll play a key role in ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for: You will work with the Owner on vitals, weights, changes in care plan, house management, employee retention, and menu planning Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.) Provide 1-person assist transfers Support with medication assistance Prepare simple, nutritious meals Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, maintaining a clean environment) Engage residents with kindness, patience, and respect What We're Looking For We're seeking caregivers who are: Reliable with a strong work ethic Team-oriented and positive Empathetic and gentle Patient and attentive to residents' emotional and physical needs Team-oriented and positive Requirements Active CNA or HCA license (Washington State) Completed Orientation & Safety (for HCAs) Mental Health certificate Dementia certificate Current First Aid/CPR Current Food Handler's Card Stable work history
