We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in Residential Treatment Center. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and assisting with daily living activities while ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. Must be able to provide License and/ or Certification and up to date TB test. This paid position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Responsibilities Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Engage with patients' families to provide updates on patient status and address any concerns. Evaluate individual needs and develop service plans. Connect clients with various community services (medical, housing, food, employment). Assist with applications, scheduling, transportation, and medication pickup. Act as a patient/client advocate to ensure quality and appropriate care. Track progress, monitor service delivery, and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain records and assist with administrative tasks related to case management. Required to have reliable transportation. Mileage reimbursement given. Home visits and wellness checks to clients. Qualifications Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with active licensure. Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant required. Experience working in outpatient settings, psychiatric facilities or hospitals is highly desirable. The ability to work effectively with children in a healthcare environment is beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to patient care. Must be able to pass any required background checks or certifications relevant to the position. Must pass TB test and drug screening prior to employment. Pass EHR/EMR Tebra training within 30 days of orientation. Pay:
$21.00 - $30.00 per hour
