Barron, WI 54812 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Barron, WI. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to nursing staff in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position requiring excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient well-being. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating Provide support and comfort to patients, ensuring their safety and dignity at all times. Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and patient care as directed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Document patient information accurately and report any changes in condition to the nursing team. Follow all healthcare regulations and facility policies. Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Previous experience as a CNA preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and patient-focused attitude. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures. Work Schedule Full-time position with daytime hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, every other holiday and weekend.
