Job Description:
Helps with printing and correcting staffing sheets, and updating shifts within scheduling platform Helps with body and belonging searches of patients Responsible for obtaining admission vitals of patients Assists with calling patients back with updated information, when directed to by a Registered Nurse Responsible for ordering supplies for the Intake/Triage department Responsible for updating bed boards and MD sheets within the Intake/Triage department Conducts 15 minute checks of patients on the Adult and Child & Adolescent units as needed Working within a multi-disciplinary team of Registered Nurses, Behavioral Health Intake Specialists, and LPN's Applicant will be responsible for patient care under the direct supervision of a

Applicant is required to be listed on the state of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry (WI TMU) Please note: Due to the scheduling demands and the nature of patient care in this department, we are unable to consider applicants who are high school students or under the age of 18 for this position.
