Any Responsibilities:

CNA•Rehab Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Support patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises as directed Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and patient progress Assist rehabilitation patients with therapy-related activities and exercises under supervision Observe and report changes in patient condition, behavior, or mobility status to nursing staff Provide emotional support and encouragement to promote patient independence and recovery Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable patient environment Assist with positioning and turning patients to prevent skin breakdown Document care provided accurately according to facility standards Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to support rehabilitation goals Why Madison?
