What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Manawa Community Living Center, you'll play an integral role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in resident areas.
  • Collaborating with the care team to deliver personalized and compassionate care.
What We're Looking For:
Skills and Qualifications To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for caregiving and a strong sense of empathy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
