Duties:
  • Ensures that the residents are provided with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan
  • Assures that all staff complete required compliance training and processes
  • Responsible for serving as a mentor to new licensed cnas, providing orientation, assisting with training and making recommendations to nursing administration
  • Assists with new employee selection and hiring process
  • Evaluates the skills of New CNAs and makes recommendations to management regarding the state of a new employee's orientation program
  • Communicates new programs, interventions and new procedures with the certified nursing assistant staff.

Qualifications:
  • CNA license is required
