This is a full time position commits to 12hr days 7a-7:30pm every other weekend and rotating holidays. Full-time /

0.90 The Certified Nursing Assistant provides basic patient care working under the direction of the registered nurse per the ANA standards. The primary responsibilities of the C.N.A.

in this role include:

• Communicate changes in patient situations/conditions that would require notification to the RN. This Performs efficient and effective patient bedside handoffs at shift change using SBAR communication methodologies to communicate patient care activities.
• Assists with patient activities as delegated by the RN including activities of daily living (i.

e. dressing, ambulating, toileting, eating, grooming, oral care and bathing.) #LI-TG

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support Certification (BLS CPR) required
• Active/expired Certified Nursing Assistant on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
• Prior experience as a C.N.A. is preferred
