06/08/2026 About the Role We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a 13-week Long-Term Care contract in New Lisbon, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for a compassionate CNA who can support residents with daily care needs, maintain safety, and assist nursing staff in delivering quality care. Responsibilities Assist residents with ADLs, including toileting, transferring, bathing, and grooming Answer call lights and respond to resident needs promptly Obtain vitals, weights, and other information as needed Report changes in resident condition to the nurse Support resident comfort, hygiene, and safety Report any concerns related to abuse, neglect, or misappropriation Complete documentation using Meditech Requirements Active CNA certification required
BLS/BCLS
