This role works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to meet patients' physical, emotional, and personal care needs in a calm, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team Support a safe, clean, and comforting patient environment Provide emotional support to patients and families with kindness and respect Follow care plans, safety guidelines, and hospice standards of care

Qualifications:

Wisconsin CNA certification in good standing Ability to work every other weekend (Sat/Sun) from 7am-7pm Ability to pick up additional shifts throughout the week as needed Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach Previous healthcare or hospice experience preferred
