10:00 PM 6:30 AM ________________________________________ The Opportunity As a Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF), you play a vital role in enhancing our residents' quality of life. Your responsibilities span nursing-related tasks, housekeeping, laundry, and resident activities—all delivered with respect, compassion, and a commitment to maintaining independence and dignity. You will support residents based on their individual care plans, helping them meet their physical, emotional, and social needs in a homelike setting. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily personal care (dressing, undressing, hygiene, bathing) Administer and monitor medications; manage supplies and complete documentation Record vital signs and weights Perform laundry services (wash, dry, distribute clean laundry, collect dirty items) Help with mobility and safe transfers Support the kitchen (serve meals, wash dishes, clean and reset) Perform light housekeeping (empty trash, clean bathrooms, make and change beds) Encourage participation in resident activities Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Exemplary attendance is essential to your role and team Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday What You Bring to Bethany High school diploma or 3+ years of relevant experience Excellent attendance and reliability Strong teamwork and customer service skills Ability to support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect Why Work at Bethany?
