The Trempealeau Co. Health Care Center has an opening for a Certified Nursing Assistant, working 12-hour shifts. (4) day shifts, 6 am

6 pm, and (2) night shifts, 6 pm
6 am. You will work closely with residents and have the potential to advance into other areas with further training. $20
$21.

50 per hour plus shift differential

4 days of 6 am

Assist with activities and daily living needs of our clients
Document and charting as required
Complete vitals as client care plans require
Assist with mealtime responsibilities
Keep the living area safe and clean for clients
Assist with client transfer needs as requested
Follow all care plans such as doctor's orders, treatment plans, or other instructions provided
